Whitby Abbey was a 7th-century Christian monastery that later became a Benedictine abbey. The abbey and its possessions were confiscated by the crown during the Dissolution of the Monasteries under Henry VIII. The abbey church was situated overlooking the North Sea on the East Cliff above Whitby in North Yorkshire, England. The substantial ruins of the church have been declared a Grade I Listed building and are in the care of English Heritage,

I like Count Dracula, also designed many times. This is the first time, the design of his statue, hope you like!

"Dracula Kid"

Ile de Noirmoutier. Eté 2009.

Hasselblad 500cm. 80mm.

I got this from Ecuagenera as chiroptera. It is not chiroptera, but is probably another clone of this mysterious plant that has been around for some time and called variously astuta (ridiculous), woolwardiae, and pubescens. Long story short, it has features intermediate between woolwardiae and pubescens.

Dracula dalstroemii - John Leathers

"But, strangest of all, the very instant the shore was touched, an immense dog sprang up on deck from below ... and running forward, jumped from the bow on to the sand. Making straight for the steep cliff, where the churchyard hangs over the laneway to the East Pier ... it disappeared in the darkness."
