I already wanted a Dr. Pepper, but this fancy label didn't hurt. I wonder if it's just a novelty design or a throwback to an earlier label style. No matter which it merited a photograph.

Riverside Dr is located in the west end of Toronto. It's 1.43 km in length and runs through the neighbourhood of Swansea or Village of Swansea as it's locally known. Riverside Dr is not pedestrian friendly as the street does not have any sidewalks. The only sidewalk is pictured here, but ends where those two cars are illegally parked. The neighbourhood of Swansea does not have any sidewalks either.
Dr Folton went to Bolton,
in a covid crisis;
He went for a test because it was best;
and was never seen again!
In just a few weeks, Bolton has gone from the brink of lockdown freedom to having the worst infection rates in the country.
A quick trip around the town reveals that some people are fearful of this rapid rise in new cases and the affect it could have - while others simply do not believe Covid-19 exists.
As of this morning, updated figures from Public Health England show that Bolton is the first place in the UK to record a weekly rate of more than 200 new cases for every 100,000 people.

The latest UK Coronavirus case definition guidance.
Anyone with a continuous cough, fever over 37.8C or anosmia should self isolate for 10 days. Those who have had a positive test should also self isolate for 10 days from the onset of symptoms. Those who remain unwell after 10 days should contact NHS 111 online.
Patients who are not experiencing symptoms but who have had a positive test should self isolate for 10 days. If they develop symptoms in this time they should continue to isolate until 10 days after their symptoms develop.
Any family / household members of any person displaying symptoms or with a positive test result should stay at home for 14 days. If they become ill they need to isolate for 10 days from when their symptoms started.

I made a drawing to accompany Roland Vonk's radio column, for Radio Rijnmond
It took me a while to write this description. "Dr Infinity" was a character in the City of Heroes MMORPG and was played by a childhood friend I reconnected with about 20 years after I left home to chase life. He was in bad physical shape then, due to illness and his online life eventually became his window to the world and a place where he was not limited by a rapidly failing body.
He passed away in 2006. He is my friend and I miss him :-(

It really was an amazing and moving experience and is on until Saturday 28th May 2016 - one not to be missed.

I've not be well this week - rotten horrid cold. I don't get them very often but when I do they tend to knock me off my feet. Having asthma I have to be doubly careful.
Kaiser has loved having me home and has been a marvellous carer whilst I've been lying 'dying' in bed. He was very disappointed this morning when he saw me getting ready for work.
Hopefully I will feel tip top by Sunday so we can go out adventuring.

Due to an enormous amount of unexpected Medical procedures and Dr. appointments the last couple days Dr. Rex is letting you all know I will be taking a couple days off - please keep up the Amazing work you guys always do!!! And know everything is ok just a lot of travel time doing these tests n such for Hubs!!

I was on my walk when all of a sudden about 30 or more ducks flew up and blocked my path (literally). I was walking along a path up from the edge of the waters of Lake Ontario and one by one they flew up and blocked me. I watched and waited and decided to take a few photos during this close encounter!! This photo is NOT CROPPED. I was prepared for distance and had on my tele-conversion lens..I was not 78mm away..trust me..lol ;)

Rump and under tail black, with white area just in front along flanks. Tail white on outside with black middle feathers. Central tail feathers curled up toward back.
