The first adaptation of the novel “Dr. No” by Ian Fleming was filmed in 1962 on the island of New Providence, in the Bahamas. The film starred Sean Connery as the famous James Bond character. The scene where Bond arrives at the airport on the island was filmed in Nassau, the capital of the Bahamas. Moonfleet Beach was the filming location for Bond's bathing scene with Honey Ryder. The final scene was filmed at the Blue Lagoon on Grand Bahama Island. New Providence and Grand Bahama are the islands where the movie Dr No was filmed.

Die alten Lampen des Bahnhof Dippoldiswalde besorgen für einen Historischen Flair. Zusammen mit der 99 1734-5, welche die Hainsberger Lampenanordnung trägt, und dem Altbauwagenzug der Weißeritztalbahn entsteht hier eine besonders schöne Szenarie. Hier beim verlassen des Bahnhofs am 23. April.

Pretty crazy picture from 1993. DrT with a pipe stump in his hands in front of a radar from the war. Worked with Photoshop and the new ChatGPT.
Following torrential downpour across Perth and surrounds, the heavens opened up at Calingiri whilst DR1564 and DR1565 sit shut down as the run-up from Perth with a loaded rail train as 3RT1 to Miling.
The line from Toodyay West to Miling is rated lighter than the DR's 18t axle loading, resulting in the DR's returning light engine to Perth the following day at 20km/h and how they made it even this far remains a mystery.
The rail set was later retrieved on the 4/3 by CBH024 to continue dropping rail.
