...I'm tickled that Nick actually hung my Sophie-doodle in his cube at work. I did it while in a phone conference yesterday and gave it to him after work. (Sketching during these meetings actually helps me pay better attention--weird, right?)
I also gave him the sheriff's badge. I was in Iowa last year, traveling for work, and some of of my coworkers were buying trinkets to take home to their children. I found a gold badge with "NICK" engraved for my child.
Doodle a Day 2011: 2011-6-16 It started off as a wizard or something. Then it became an enjoyable study in tones.
Tower doodle based vaguely on an old (2006?) bookmark for the Ann Arbor Book Festival - it's probably supposed to be Burton Tower. Landscape from my imagination.

i started at 12.. with the idea of drawing a tribal ace design.. i ended up with this.. i shouldn't have started cos i'm so damn sleepy now!! (>_<)
don't ask me why there's a huge jet and guns pointing out of it.. i just like to doodle things that don't make sense.. ;p
might attempt to paint it later.. i hope i dont fuck it up.. XD

I can still remember having a desktop calendar from the bank on my dormitory desk. I mostly used it to doodle on. This is typical doodling for the time.
Doodle Eubanks began volunteering with the American Red Cross after the death of his wife. He's gone out on several disasters and he is currently serving in Georgia on the Hurricane Helene response.
