something a bit different again for me today! these are a few of the shots from the model shoot i did
i was asked to take some shots of some "up-do’s" for a hairdresser friend i know for their books so customers can flick through and choose a look they want etc
i wanted to have a shooting partner so i asked “Elliye” who i was friends with on flickr and twitter and luckily she said yes!
we got a number of shots of the hair, these were slightly different from previous model work i'd done as the emphasis was on the hair and not the face
i also took some candids around the salon to mix in with the more posed shots (these were my faves!)
i kept them all fairly high key and processed them all in the same style so they would work cohesively as a set
so far the feed-back has been great and we may be looking at more challenging projects in the future!

They story about Meredith Emerson has been weighing heavily on my mind for the past week. It's such a sad and tragic story. I can't even imagine how heartbroken her family and friends must be feeling.
As a female who loves both the outdoors and solitude, I've often wondered if it's safe for me to be out there alone. Right now, I'll go lots of places by myself - but I stick to the roads and the populated areas. Beyond a couple very short strolls down well-traveled fire roads, I've never really hiked by myself. I put my personal safety before the luxury of real solitude.
But lots of times when I've been out hiking with family or friends, we'll encounter a lone hiker... almost always male. I can't help but feel a little jealous that they get to enjoy that solitude without worrying that some psychotic man is going to kidnap and murder them. It's always felt unfair to me that, as a female, solitude comes with the price of added danger. I know that hiking alone is not really safe for anyone (you could get injured, lost, etc), but as a woman I think it carries even more peril. And as sad as it makes me, maybe it's just not worth the risk.
I am gonna be busy! eek!

There does seem to be a variety of sheds on the Wilton Binliner circuit, each week seemingly producing a different machine. On Saturday 28th November 2020, it was the turn of 66125 to do the honours, still in full EWS branding, to be powering 6E26 11:42 Knowsley Freight Terminal to Wilton Efw Terminal
Tớ hiểu mấy dòng này là " cứ hy vọng, là sẽ có cây" ^^. Mấy chục hạt lavender nàng đưa, tớ gieo đc 1 nửa rồi và số hạt nảy mầm chiếm hơn 80%. Tuy nhiên những mầm xanh hy vọng đó chỉ cao được khoảng 5cm là tự lụi và chết đi :(.... Có thể là do điều kiện thời tiết trên tầng 18 khắc nghiệt ko phù hợp với loài cây mà nàng Phương nói là khá đỏng đảnh này. Mà cũng có thể tớ chăm sóc chưa đúng cách :( ???!!! Thôi thì dù thế nào tớ cũng đã ươm đc 1 cô nàng uốn éo tính đến 4:45 pm ngày 03/12/2013 nàng này cao 9,5cm (đo ở tư thế uốn éo, nếu đứng thẳng chắc sẽ cao hơn 10cm), và cô nàng đang có hiện tượng muốn đi theo các bạn, tớ định chờ cô nàng lớn hơn mới chụp khoe nàng, nhưng có lẽ ko còn hy vọng. Khá là buồn :(....

Over the Beach, on the high cliffs that surround this beach and its environs is situated a wonderful viewpoint, usually quite frequented
all year round due to its astonishing landscape, and also often used for sport fishing.

that in 24 days it will be Easter! It's my favourite holiday and I can't wait for it. This year I won't be spening it with my family, what really sucks, coz in Poland we have so many wonderful traditions connected with it, but I will do my best to bring them off here, in USA. So, a lot of cooking is ahread of me! I'm so EGGcited :)
