Such graceful, and elegant deer, my favourite breed here in the fens. This doe was with three others including a young Buck.

A doe in great condition at mid-winter. Last year the acorn crop was a bust and at this time you could count the ribs on the does. This year acorns abound and the whitetails are fat and sassy. Almost all the mature does like this one are pregnant. Can't wait for the little spotted fawns to arrive. Our beautiful world, pass it on.

While this shot would have earned the extra credit for Street Photography, the negative space isn't as strong as the shot I selected.

I revived this one from my trash pile. It's taken from atop Doe Mesa and looking back toward Sedona. This is what a cityscape should look like!
I'm getting to be a real short timer here in Pennsylvania. Only 13 work days left. I can actually feel myself being energized by the day.

A lame doe Blacktail deer and this years fawn. The doe may have been the victim of a vehicle accident. Still year after year she has had twins until this year.
