Although most of the waterfront at the docks have now been converted to flats of something similar, but there is some of the original buildings, and in a poor state of repair.
I found this dock while I was waiting around in Norfolk, VA. I was trying to find a nice marsh or something, but nothing was accessible to me and the sunset turned out a little boring anyway.
Clarence Dock Gate Piers and the Dock Wall. The Dock was designed by Jesse Hartley and opened in 1830. It was closed in 1928 when a power station (since demolished) was built on the site. The Dock perimeter wall was begun in 1816 by John Foster Senior and subsequently extended by G F Lyster.

The former dock platform at Maryborough station. This one was used by trains between Maryborough-Ararat. At the other end of the station is another dock platform that was used for passenger trains between Maryborough and Castlemaine. 29th May 2017.
