Spent the day in Liverpool yesterday, which was awesome =] I love going to liverpool, theres lots to do, lots to look at, lots to take pictures of [lots to eat ;)]. This was taken on one of the docks, not sure which...

Its slightly blurry, beacause i was running around like a mad person taking pictures of practiclly everything and didnt realise my lens had water on it. So this is the least blurry shot...

Some chap has figured out that the Motorola Dock has a magnet in it which activates 'dock mode' on the Motorla Droid / Milestone Android devices, and guess what? it works!

City of Annapolis beginning work on City Dock project to rebuild the 700 feet of existing deteriorating bulkhead. This will provide docking space equivalent to 18 transient boat slips, and 80 feet of dingy dock, which serves 76 existing moorings. The City will also replace the utilities services, such as power and water, for these slips.

Dock near Casey Key.

It was an odd place to be fishing - not far from Welshback, near the Glass Boat. What would you catch in the docks? Still, a nice place t sit and watch the world go by for a day :)

Took this a couple of days ago and finally got round to looking at it properly today. A break from Japan uploads :)

It was very cold and still and the result seem to reflect that. It looks a little Lowry to me - it just needs some matchstick men.

This was an old dilapidated dock on the St. Johns River. It finally fell into the water, so I'm glad I was able to get this shot before that happened.

I had to use HDR to get any tonality out of the dock, but I was about as gentle as I could be with the effect to keep it somewhat realistic looking.

Late 14c / early 15c font - the bowl panels appear to show seated under canopies, liturgically vested figures of priests, deacons, bishops and doctors of the church. Underneath are praying angels, evangelist symbols and leaf decoration.

On the stem under carved canopies are mainly female saints - St Catherine with her wheel and sword, St Apollonia with her pincers, and, curiously, 3 seated figures holding babies. Possibly BVM & Christ Child, St Anne holding the infant Virgin & St Elizabeth with the infant John the Baptist. The corners have the remains of crouching lions (?) sadly their heads have been hacked off. - Church of St Mary the Virgin, Docking Norfolk
