Late night work on Howley's Quay on the banks of the Shannon in Limerick City.
While the stone plaque in the ground explaining this piece of street sculpture was unreadable, I gather it was a public commission to the sculptor Michael Duhan designed to commemorate the contribution the Limerick Dockers made to the cultural and economic life of the city.
