My brother got hooked on DnD, so he put together a campaign for me, my siblings and our partners. Every single one of us are newbs, but MAN is it awesome!
Barkin, the halfling bard. Playing violin and messing with peoples' minds like no other. Uses a horse mask and the alter ego DJ Horsehead when throwing concerts.

Velki, the tiefling ranger. Good hearted to a fault, but man can she use a bow. Has a small pet dragon named Felix.

The whole set on a stacked stand. The stand is made out of 7x7 stud boxes stacked into a diamond shape, giving it some nice verticality.
Initially it was meant to be only 4x4, but I quickly realized I have more than 16 ideas. In fact this 5x5 stand is still not enough, but after realizing how much did I spend on minifigs and accessories, I, uh, had to stop.
(For a while).
Practicing rock work and small story scenes. Created in Studio. Will eventually have some of the new DnD figs posed on it.
A tale as short as humanity: a human who decided to live off someone's else pockets. Sometimes literally.
I used detached leg for the crouching posture and a piece of string for keeping the crossbow on his back. His little stand is meant to represent a street with trash, rats and some suspicious fluids.

Theron, the playboy lordling. Flirting with men and women of all races, he's the cleric of a vengeful diety.

Member of a race which is often misundestood and hated, and I expect some hate for what I did here, too.
See, I realized these swords can be really cheap, and each of them comes with three neat gems in a silver ring.
Gems, silver rings, minifig Gith face. It was an obvious thing to make when I realized that, and one of first figs I made!
Silver stand represents Astral Plane, which is described as being... silver. With colorful portals. I decided to keep it simple though so the stand is just silver overall to contrast with the colorful figure.
From left to right:
Holier than holy - Paladin, Cleric and a Deva. I didn't pick races here - I'll leave it to your imagination! I have to say, this stand for the Paladin was problematic enough for me to say plenty of truly unholy words trying to make it.
Shadow Gang - Drow Warrior, Human Rogue and Deep Gnome Warlock. These guys have truly secret origins, both in the setting and in lego world!
Wizard and his Planar Allies: Deva, Djinni and Cambion. I am particularly proud of the angel lady here. Of course for minifig AFOLs combining two minifigures into one is most basic technique available, but for me combining Orion from Series 26 with Aarakocra from DnD series was a major aha! moment. The very same Orion became a Djinni.

Didn't do almost anything to the figure itself here, the Lich Necromancer was great on his own. What I focused here was him pulling skeletons from the ground.
I intended them to be white, but as I did not have these "wave" or "magic" pieces used for Szass's magic in white, I tried black... and it stuck.
Hands are attached using tiny clumps of modelling clay.
I found this magnifying glass in a box of random stuff the other day and my kids think it is hilarious.
While I'd love to describe each figure in detail, as each has had their own little origin story, i don't want to flood my entire flickr page with DnD figs alone! Some of these may repeat inbetween these photos, so pardon!
From left to right:
Barbarian trio - two Tieflings and an Air Genasi to balance it out. I hope the stand for the Genasi evokes at least a bit of wind in the scene?
The Rule of Three (evils):
Szass Tam and Strahd are almost unmodified, but they have extensive, elaborate stands, at least as far as such tiny stands can allow. Third lady is Orin the Red. My design doesn't exactly match BG3 rendition, but once I found that meat-with-ribs-and-bones piece I knew it would be both Orin's attire and part of her last victim.
Third one is straightforward. Ilithids! Now with 2025 sets I can also make a nice Elder Brain too, but for now very slightly adapted already great figures with some shoulder pieces, capes and that nightmare cape...thing from dreamzzz. Did they dream of purple squid monsters there?
Fourth, eh, they're just red, okay?
The Dragonborn Sorcerer is not flippping anyone off. Or maybe he is. With fire! Tiefling lady we've already seen with the Barbarian gang, and the last guy is a Cambion with a spear.

Arnulf, the human fighter. Armored, with shield high, battle is all he's ever known. Very kind hearted if you can get under his armor.
