Haedong Yonggungsa is situated on the coast of the north-eastern portion of Busan. This superb find of a tourist spot and temple offers visitors the rare find of a temple along the shore line. Most temples in Korea are located in the mountains. Haedong Yonggungsa Temple was first built in 1376 by the great Buddhist teacher known as Naong during the Goryeo Dynasty. Haesu Gwaneum Daebul (Seawater Great Goddess Buddha), Daeungjeon Main Sanctuary, Yongwangdang Shrine, Gulbeop Buddhist Sanctum (enclosed in a cave), and a three-story pagoda with four lions can all be seen looking out over the ocean. This is a straight out of the camera shot. There is no editing involved. 3rd day into the vacation and had some great shots from Slot Canyon today.
The old lady in the pictures went near the light and gave this pose for just a little bit. She did not stay there for more than 10 secs because she was obviously in the frame for lot of photographers. I loved getting her into the frame. Made it more interesting than just with light streak alone.
I'm still on the road and will be uploading only rarely when I find a chance and some time. I have so many pictures to go through and edit when I get back next week.

This morning there's no rods or staffs to comfort you dressed
As a target as you amble in your chains and stumble through
The corridors that lead to our makeshift valley of death
In the prison's backyard where you'll give us your final breath
Last night, I saw you dine with lovers and human tears
But glanced at me in ways that brought to life my sleeping fears

Back from 5 day long trip to Pune. It was fantastic to say the least. Though Kaas did not show its grandeur, this hill surely did.
This is a 15 second exposure with Hoya ND400 filter, tripod and remote release(Exif intact).
In every breath, a universe unfolds,
Each atom a testament, ancient and bold.
In rivers that flow, in mountains that rise,
The divine essence, a silent guise.
From the flutter of wings to the stars' dance above,
All intertwined in a tapestry of love.

Ramses III added eight small chambers in the second corridor.
This (from the right side, opposite the Nile flood personification) depicts rows of standards representing various divinities stand on the left and right walls. Weapons and arrow quivers drawn on the rear wall.
The first part of the tomb was the work of Setnakht.

Pullip Custom Head by Sheryl Designs to Sinstresse
Sinstresse order me the same design on this face doll:
Now is the time to understand
That all your ideas of right and wrong
Were just a child's training wheels
To be laid aside
When you finally live
With veracity
And love.
This is the time for you to compute the impossibility
That there is anything
But Grace.
Now is the season to know
That everything you do
Is sacred.

If the most interesting man in the world had a tree cousin, this would be it. I originally came across this hidden beauty while exploring Volunteer Park, with my friend Gabriel Tompkins. From a distance, we saw only ordinary looking trees, but as we passed under the branches, it was clear that there was much more to them. They meant something special to each visitor who entered the park. To some, it was a tranquil setting to have a picnic or a group discussion. To many of the children, they were the ultimate climbing trees. To me, they seemed wise, humble, and divine. If these trees could tell stories, I would want to hear about all the people they've seen, and the times they've experienced. I hope that this depiction is a worthy tribute to their time on Earth.

Set of photos taken on Oxford Light Night-Divinity School one of many locations lit spectacularly-but very busy with people everywhere !!
This is the Kuan Yin Temple (观音亭) located at Banting, Selangor of Malaysia. It was a cloudy evening and right before it rains I captured these shots with an under-exposed and customized picture profile, I am glad they bring out some gloomy and spooky mood.
The Divinity School is perhaps the most beautiful medieval building in Oxford and the oldest surviving one built separately (1427-83) for a purely university purpose, to house the lectures and disputations of the theology faculty.
It has a remarkably fine and elaborate fan-vaulted ceiling by William Orchard who also built the fine ceiling of Christ Church Cathedral, and many of the 455 bosses on this ceiling are carved with the initials or arms of those who contributed to the cost of the building.
This room has been used in several movies including the 'Harry Potter' movies and 'The Madness of King George'.
