I liked the distortions in the window, so I drew wibbly lines across my sister's face, and then straightened out the lines on the computer.
I enjoyed how I had no idea what they'd end up like while I was taking them.

That's right! I just received in the mail a fisheye lens converter for the Canon EOS system of lenses. It is made by Opteka and with a price of a mere $40 I consider it a bargain. It works really well with the 18-55mm kit lense and is fully compatable with all the camera modes and operations. The "crystal ball" only occurs when the lens is around 50-55mm - a more zoomed in view would eliminate the crystal ball entirely but he distortion is lessened as well.
This black humbucker guitar is a Les Paul type of guitar, and this one has high output humbucker. Very sweet. Can deliver fat sustain and distortion.
You saw this coming, didn't you? Printed knitting? :-D To be printed by Spoonflower. This is a small {for me} repeat, the above equals about 5" wide printed out. Inspired by skin and tattoos.
The distortion was done in camera using a lensbaby and shooting through a glass block. The colours were adjusted in Lightroom 2.5.

Gulf Coast Farms’ Distorted Passion made the final start of her career a winning one, taking command at the top of the stretch and holding off stablemate Awesome Ashley to win the 89th running of the Interborough Stakes Friday afternoon at Aqueduct Racetrack.
The 5-year-old daughter of Distorted Humor, who is to be sold at the end of the month at the Horses of All Ages Sale at Keeneland, broke sharply from the rail and stayed on the inside, just behind Casanova Killer, through fractions of 23.60 and 47.49. Moving up on the turn, Distorted Passion grabbed the lead straightening for home and had just enough left to turn back the late rally from Awesome Ashley and win by a half-length.
Her time for the six furlongs was 1:12.53.
“My concern was the inside post, but it worked out perfectly,” said winning jockey Javier Castellano. “She broke good coming out of the gate, and I had to use her a little early to get my position in the race, but it was a dream trip.”
With the winner’s purse of $39,000, Distorted Passion boosted her career earnings to $294,271 and her record to 5-5-5 from 18 starts.
