the side bar of the swing set is not actually distorted, its the effect of the wide angle view of the camera.

Another one from that spectacular sunset in Lefkada island, Greece.

Seeing the little boat coming I knew that the mirror-like effect would go away, so I hurried to make a few last frames. What I was not expecting though was that the waves would create some very interesting ripples, so I didn't miss the chance to photograph them.

This is a Pinhole photograph.

I took this photograph with the can which chocolate was in.

The distorted world.

The different dimension there.

The world different from externals.

The mind passes and the wave passes.

The most dangerous untruths are truths slightly distorted.

I don't even remember what this started out as...some sort of a flower shot that I played around with....then I found a gradient that I really liked...but then it seemed boring so I stuck a self-portrait layer in. And then distorted that. It's really different than what I normally post, but I really like it. Hope you have a fantastic Sunday! HSS!

Harbourside drinks in Villefranche-sur-Mer, Côte D'Azur, France

Rain drops on the window

The windmill images turned out to be two of my favorites. A reflection of the human species, I suppose.

Once brand-new, shining in the sun, spinning in the wind, It had a purpose, it had a job to do and it was depended upon.

Now it hardly moves, its remaining blades rusted, twisted and full of holes. Forgotten and abandoned by those it once served, you can hear it's cries from long-ago dried out parts that now grind against each other.

Still, it stands there as it has stood for decades and it displays a certain beauty in its distorted form. Maybe it will still be there after we have all gone and maybe there is an assurance in that.

I just had to take a few photos of the brilliant reflection of this yacht's mast in the harbour at Whitby. Straight out of the camera again.

With a little inspiration from Salvadore Dali.

A triple cascade of waterfalls somewhere in Montana.

Anyone who has been to this area and hiked to this waterfall may realize that some artistic liberties have been taken while making this image. What I have portrayed here was all shot at the same waterfall, from various vantage points. This is art after all, isn't it? :)

Thanks for stopping by!
