This is a Acromioclavicular Joint Separation of my right shoulder caused by, well, highsiding my motorcycle at around 45 mph in the Santa Cruz, CA mountains. I aggravated the injury by picking up the bike, solo, by torso and arms alone. If I'd been somewhat smart, I might have waited or raised it using my legs.
The bike, by the way, was totaled. Nice, mostly pristine, 1986 VFR 750. So it goes.

Hip dysplasia (Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip – DDH) is one of the most common paediatric orthopaedic conditions affecting children from newborn age, during childhood with effect even during adulthood and old age. Hip dysplasia is a delay in the development of the hip joint. The pelvic part of the hip joint is too small, too steep, or not developed anatomically correct.
