Discovered at Givat HaMivtar in

Jerusalem. This first-century

AD box contained the bonesof a crucified man whose name was inscribed on the ossuary’sexterior. A portion of the victim’s

fused heel was found with a nailstill embedded in the bone, a graphic example of the Romanpractice of crucifixion.

From my private collection of Magic posters, this is an original 1940 stone lithograph of "Conde D'Aguilar" who was a famous Portuguese Magician.

 

This rare poster is a 1-sheet measuring approximately 28" x 40" and was recently discovered folded up in a book. The poster has been professionally linen backed and is in pretty good condition considering where it has been stored.

I made this collage using a vintage glass & silverplate coaster.

Through discussion, hands-on exercises, tours, and Q&A, professors and graduate students will help campers discover the many possibilities that exist for engineers.

Scanned from a selection of colour prints bought in the early 1980s. Sadly cannot recall the company, but they were all good quality aerial prints. Credit must go to the unknown photographer.

 

'World Discoverer' was an adventure / discovery / expedition cruise ship, used for cruising to remote / unusual destinations.

 

She was wrecked in the Solomon Islands in 2000, and remains visible today.
