This Bald Eagle looks to be a bit immature or it's just dirty. I'm leaning more into the view that's it's growing into it's white adult plumage.

After several weeks of frequent rain, the park has now unofficially turned into a swamp - all the squirrels have dirty faces from digging in the mud 😁 (Squirrels-2021-8154.jpg)

We haven't seen our Squirrels much lately with the cold weather and snow. I think this girl must have been hibernating underground as she is so dirty. Maybe today's the first day out for her!
