45407 on a circular dining trip from Manchester Victoria with D172 inside . Now my memory is very bad here, a I have no date but I can not remember exactly where I took it. I think somewhere near Entwistle on the Bolton to Blackburn line.

There is a huge retired dining car side-tracked in the railyard at Evanston, Wyoming. It looks like the windows were boarded up decades ago and appropriate silhouettes painted on the boards. Now they look like ghostly travelers enjoying a quiet meal together.
This was an M P & M dining car, a division of Union Pacific.

The Blue Heron Restaurant, known for its fine dining on the Lake of the Ozarks, sits on one of the highest points along the 1,150 mile shoreline of the lake. This is a shot taken one evening on a day when the restaurant was closed and shows one of the views overlooking the water..
As noted on their website, www.theblueheronrestaurant.net, "This fourteen acre site sits majestically on the highest point above beautiful Lake Ozark." There were many fascinating decorations and works of art on the lake side of the restaurant, including a large heron on its nest towering overhead.

One of the most wonderful places for lunch I've ever been to – looking down on the medieval heart of Dubrovnik, Croatia, from the peak above.
After our great excursion to Sting Ray City to play with and fondle Stingrays of every size on the sand bar and some snorkeling. We were told by our captain of the boat to go to this restaurant for great fresh caught conch and lobsters by the sea.

We have a little table by our garden chair down the shaded area of the garden. Smuggly has decided that it is a great place to chill. Does anyone else out there make use of Groupon? We occasionally do - the alpaca day out was a Groupon purchase and I often use them for spa days. I saw one recently advertised and thought "Oh I must do that" and so on Sunday we are visiting a cat café in Bournemouth (recently opened) which was advertised through Groupon. For a discounted price we get to have lunch and sit with cats. I can hear you all say, well you could do that at home for nothing and so we could......... but it is always nice to meet other cats and they have been rescued so the money goes towards a good cause.

We repainted the dining room walls and re-accessorized the room with some paint-by-numbers and some of our vintage books, cameras and typewriters.
The deer is cast iron spray painted white, everything else is vintage from either the flea market, thrifted or ebay. The bookshelf was thrifted and I added legs, the faux bois back and a yardstick edge for decoration.
The paint color is Restoration Hardware's Silver Sage color matched by Behr.

Arab District in Singapore -Arab Street was the name of a road and neighbourhood in Singapore. There are two explanations behind the name. The first one is that the area was owned by an Arab merchant, Syed Ali bin Mohamed Al Junied and that it was the site of an Arab kampong, hence the name Arab Street.
Yesterday I chased the sun but couldn't find it and today beautiful sunshine but I had to await the evening to get my candle shot!
