Homemade dimpler fabricated from stuff in the scrap bin in 2009 and still going strong. I like it better than the Vise-Grip version I’ve seen around because I can really fine tune the dimple depth. I use this one in cases of tight clearances after the chain stays are brazed into the bottom bracket shell. There was room for the 32mm tire but now it’s perfect. #dimpler #chainstay #bicyclebuilding #handmadetools #chapmancycles

Rialto Beach, Olympic National Park. I think I'm finally running out of pictures of La Push. I really need new material. Bleh. Can't wait to get to Palouse in a few weeks. I was hesitant on whether to post this, largely because of the blown out sky and sun and the odd comp with the big rock (too much in your face). This was originally a throw away. Thoughts? I think I should have stood back a few feet, shot higher and at a steeper angle. Hope everyone is having a great week! Thanks for the views and comments.
