Three people were killed while four others were injured when a passenger bus fell from the South Luzon Expressway Skyway Tuesday morning.
Dimple Star Transport Corp. bus no. 7511 was on its way to Alabang in Muntinlupa when it fell from the Skyway onto the west service road in Marcelo Green Village in Parañaque City. The bus came from Lawton in Manila.
"Sabi po ng conductor may malakas daw po na hangin at di na raw na-control yung manibela," said Nilda Napat, finance manager of the bus firm.

I was in the city for my house mate's going away drinks but I'd missed them. So I lurked around federation square looking for strangers. Instead I found photographers. There were a group of people with tripods over their shoulders walking together. I caught up with the back of the pack and asked one of the guys whether they were on a photo walk. He said that they were and asked me if I'd like to join them. I spent the next three hours wandering around Southbank photographing whatever we could find and didn't start heading home till past midnight.
About midway through my time with them I was looking around for strangers near one of the bridges while everyone else was taking long exposures (that I couldn't. no tripod). This girl was heading over the bridge and was happy for me to take her photo. She told me that she was heading home from work at a bar. It wasn't until I got home and was processing the picture that I noticed her wonderful dimples.
I'm without internet at home at the moment so it's somewhat awkward to post shots. I apologise for the gaps and will try hard to get back on track for 100 strangers in 100 days (without the final photo ending up as a 15 person group shot :P).

It amazes me to see how much you've grown in 10 short months. One of my favorite things about you is your hands - they are so delicately soft. I love it when we're snuggled together and you stroke my cheek with them, or absentmindedly twirl my hair through your fingertips as you nod off to nap.
You love to hold hands, and like me, are incredibly tactile. You touch everything - feeling the nubby texture of your favorite blanket, the soft downy fur of the cat's belly. You cling tightly to me when you're afraid, burrowing into my neck, while you clutch at my clothes or skin with your hands. They're amazingly strong and I've had to pry your fingers open to get you to release something you've squirreled away in your grasp that you're not supposed to have.
You're also starting to express your displeasure with your hands, gesticulating wildly as you jibber jabber - your hands missiles flailing in the space around you. You've pounded your high chair tray insistently when your yogurt isn't being spooned fast enough into your hungry mouth. You love to try to take your toys apart, and have succeeded in opening the battery compartment to all of the remote controls - your agility at times astounds me.
Like your father, your hands are large - but gentle. You are trying to learn to tickle people now, and though you haven't quite got the technique down yet, your laugh reverberates off the walls just the same.
The little dimples on your fingers will be gone soon, along with the little chub around your wrist. Since you've been walking you've started slimming down, and these adorable signs of babyhood are quickly melding - morphing into toddler hands that grasp and discover new things.
I never knew it was possible to love like this. So wholly, so completely. I know some time from now you will find it unthinkable to hold my hand. It breaks my heart even now to think about it. Just know my hands will always be here to hold you and comfort you whenever you want.
