A 2D digital drawing of Sulpicio Lines ROPAX ferry M/V Princess of the Universe in the 1999-2009 livery.
The 1983-built New Yamato of Hankyuu Ferry Co. Ltd., a Japanese ferry operator, was acquired by Philippine shipping company Sulpicio Lines in 1996. Her sister ship, the New Miyako was acquired at the same year by rival WG&A Philippines to become the M/V SuperFerry 12, and later the M/V St. Pope John Paul II (SPJP2) of 2GO.
After the capsizing of the M/V Princess of the Stars in 2008, the Princess of the Universe was taken out of service and laid up. In 2010, she was briefly used as a cargo ship but was eventually sold for scrap in 2011.

Going back to drawing:
While I was driving, a funny idea popped up: why not draw Totoro riding a motorbike. :D Started the drawing project back in 2018 but got sidelined and almost forgotten until now, lol.
Initially started the drawing on a Cintiq 13HD/Corel Painter but completed using Procreate and an ipad pro 12.9 today.

The goddess with the most beautiful natural smile 😭:) ). It's been a while I did a head profile drawing :) but don't get me wrong, this isn't for a grayscale to colour drawing :). This is simply a basic sketch to prepare for painting :). This drawing project has been delayed for a long time due to other things that I'm doing and some external 'force' slowing me down, haha (you know who you are 😭:) ). This drawing has the most complicated perspective lines I've used, like ever 😭:) and the lighting will be very complex too :), not to mention the detailing. On this current process, once I've drawn the sketch of the face, there is no turning back anymore :). On this sketch, the headset won't be included on the final drawing, I just found it interesting, lol. Rose' will also not have her hair visible on the final drawing - no, she won't be bald 😭:). This is a fast sketch from lunch but I also started another one I would prefer to be nicer....in theory anyway. Chances are I will never finish it lololol seriously. That kind of sucks.

I’ve been teaching myself how to use Procreate and Photoshop to eventually be able to transition my encore career to pattern design making fabric, wallpaper, wrapping paper, or anything that takes a pattern. These herbs are hand drawn in Procreate.

The topic is "Taking care of yourself is productive”. For me to have a good night's rest is the way for a nice and fruitful day.
I can also add a Chinese proverb: “When sleeping women wake, mountains move”. Maybe it’s a little bit too philosophical for this challenge, but these are very powerful words.

Sometime around Christmas, the sky was covered by low clouds and fog..than the wind blow and this view opened in font of my eyes! I was lucky and fast enough to sketch poorly what I saw because a few minutes later all was gone, covered again by all the low clouds.

At the corner of Papineau avenue and Rosemont Boulevard, here is a building that has gone through various renovations. And now it stands in this strange state. As we ride or drive on Rosemont, we get to see its back side. One large area, made of polyurethane, gives us a surface reminiscent of a Mondrian painting, except for being monochromatic. Resting on a ground level wall that is made of cement blocks. While the original house was made of reddish bricks typical of the Rosemont neighbourhood, and beautiful patterns above and around the openings. A small balcony, perched street side, harbours a nice door . The building has recently been tagged. What really caught my attention this time around was this tiny tiny pretty stained glass window (a bathroom window most probably) that has been left in the Mondrian-like wall. It is a gem. And that is the detail that made me want to sketch the building after having found it to be an eye sore for years. //// Cet immeuble, situé à l'angle Papineau et Rosemont, semble avoir été soumis à différentes rénovations. Lorsque l'on passe sur le boulevard Rosemont, on en voit le derrière et le côté, dont cette grande surface qui ressemble à une toile de Mondrian, mais monochrome. La 'toile' repose sur un mur du rez-de-chaussée fait de blocs de ciment récemment tagés. Le reste de l'immeuble, où ce que l'on peut encore en voir, est typique de Rosemont - la brique rouge, le travail de maçonnerie autour des fenêtres. Il y a une très belle porte sur un balcon haut perché au-dessus de la rue. Mais ce qui m'a donné envie de dessiner cet immeuble récemment c'est le tout petit vitrail qui est comme un joyau épargné au coeur du Mondrian, sans doute une fenêtre de salle de bain.

She dances for days without pause or rest, and as she is joined by hundreds of others, the authorities declare an emergency. Musicians will be brought in to play the Devil out of these women.

So excited to finally share this with you all! This design is one I've been rendering on and off for quite some time, so I'm glad to finally have my idea complete! With Nicki Minaj's recent Cosmopolitan shoot, I feel in love with this image of her, and with the smiley face present on the bathing suit, it immediately made me think of Emojis. With "Favorite" being a song that gives an essence of those early "puppy love" stages in a relationship where you can't stop texting someone, I felt it would be a great song to represent with the theme in mind. Wanting to continue testing out my digital illustration skills, I decided to do an illustration rendering of the image. Truly was a lengthy task, but in the end it was definitely worth it. Along with that, created all the aspects to capture the texting vibe I had in mind to give you the final product you're seeing. Hope you all like the design!
