Day 24 Watch that pen point near my eyes, will ya??
Since I still feel a bit unwell, I decide to have some fun with filters for today's image.
Today is National Complement Day.
So let me just say you all look fantastic out there. You really do. Don't let anyone tell you differently.
"living the dream, one haircut at a time" suggests a journey of self-discovery and reinvention, where each haircut represents a step toward a desired future or a way of expressing individuality. It implies that even seemingly small steps, like a haircut, can be significant markers in a person's life and contribute to their overall sense of fulfillment and happiness

I had a question from someone about some of my artwork, specifically WOOL, so here is a "step by step" on this drawing.
There is no set process for me when creating a drawing or digital painting. Sometimes I will draw thumbnails to work out an idea, sometimes I will just start drawing.
With digital drawing I use photoshop and a wacom tablet. I do not have any special brushes and use what ever came with the program. I tend to use only 2, regular round hard brush and a rectangular dry media brush. Wool was made using the dry media brush. Brush opacity for most of the drawing was set to about 30% to create more texture
I work with layers on all these digital drawings and WOOL had 12 layers in total. The number of layers will vary per piece.
For my superhero sketches I am drawing on regular cheap copy paper. I am not using an expensive sketchbook or special paper. I use what ever I have laying around which sometimes may mean the back of an index card or a blank 4x6 thermal shipping label.
I personally like softer leads so almost every pencil I own is B pencil. My favorite pencil at the moment is my chunky 6b prang sketching pencil.
My go to mechanical pencil is my 0.9mm pentel pencil. The lead softness is somewhere on the B side.
for erasers I use a Staedler mars plastic eraser and, very rarely, a kneaded eraser.
I prefer to draw on harder surfaces so my drawing surface tends to be either my animation disc or a clipboard.
Feel free to ask me any other questions.

Hello, Mate. I am not a professional vector artist. This is the first time I have designed this vector illustration following a human's face.

The Kyotest woman on this planet, ever 🤔😭:). This is the head profile drawing for a much bigger drawing project and I will be doing a ‘side hustle’ drawing for this one later :). Originally this idea is for someone but it really fits Jennie’s character very well :). The bigger drawing is a full body with environment. Thanks for looking. Drawn using ps cc, cintiq24hd. Enjoy, be cute to yourself 🤔😭:) and sweet dreams :).
Working from a rough pencil sketch, this image was created in Adobe Illustrator and completed in Photoshop.

This scene is located in a small portion of Old Montreal called the Faubourg Saint-Louis, at 443-449 Champs-de-Mars street. It is a house I see on my way to work, every other Friday. It is called the Michael-Cuddihy House, by the name of the irish merchant who built it in 1862. From 1862 to 1975, the house was in the Cuddihy familly, who sold it to the City of Montreal. Then the city held on to it until 1980, when it was sold to private owners. They are the ones who built the wood addition in 1980 (the part that I sketched). It is right next to a small private courtyard (where there are trees that I omitted, otherwise we would not have seen much of the details of this lovely addition), and right next to the courtyard is probably the tiniest city park called Ville-de-LaFlèche. The Cuddihy house is actually the big 3 story brick building west of the wood addition. This very light colored construction brings some light in the otherwise narrow and rather dark street.
I started a bunch of stuff yesterday and hated it, so today I did this in about 20 minutes to "warm up".
This is what I call his "murder face". Cause. Crow. Lol
Ok I'll stop.

Wirh a right on honest editorial by Martin Willett Saying what He means.
Meaning what he says. English atheist putting the world right online since 1999. England.
Can’t remember if this was drawn with Pixelmator using a grainy brush I made, or when I was learning to use Clip Studio. Anyway, am enjoying it on another grey day.
