It's a pretty big station, but it's not nearly as huge as Montreal's cavernous Central Station (Gare Centrale).

Shrine and LCD digital clock in the ruined Nawabi Mahal [Tomb], in the British Residency park in Lucknow (India)
The caretaker of the Nawabi Mahal is apparently obsessed by Time, as I counted seven clocks hanging from the walls in the upstairs room.
This ruined building is called Nawabi Mahal [Tomb] or Nawabi Masjid [Mosque] or the Imambara. Not sure what the correct name is.
I suppose that this is the tomb of one of the Nababs of Lucknow. If you have more information about the Nawabi Mahal, please post a comment!

This one has got remote temperature sensor transmission and moon phase indication. Sadly this fella passed away on 11.12.2009, killed by a leaky battery. It had been a member of my clock family for about 2 years...sob...rip

The problem with clock is, once you got two they start to multiply..
It all started when I acquired my first clock a 1960's jap 7-day wall clock from a colleague of mine by the name of Wong Mun Lai, a clock collector

It was a non-working clock which I wanted to hang up for display. After a while, I felt something amiss. A clock is not a clock if it does'nt work! So I took it apart and do some fixing, to my surprise I managed to get it ticking again ! I was totally fascinated From there I got my second, third and so on....
My favourite has to be the 400 day clock
Amazing time piece and fun to repair Next in line is those of the electromechanical design type
I love the working principles
At the time of writing, my collection is still growing....but has grind to a halt as my interest is now focus on nature photography

This digital clock at the south end of the 200 Water Street stands 24-feet by 50-feet and was created by artist Rudolph de Harak. The device consists of 72 square sections, each containing a number from 00 to 59. The red lit number indicates the hour, the blue the minutes and the white the seconds.
We are bored completely to pieces by the old boring beige-and-brown Phillip Yee building. We are roused to jubilance by the fresh youthful zestful red-white-and-blue Phillip Yee van.

Here's the digital clock on Water Street in the financial district of New York City. It never worked when I used to commute down here a few years back, so it was impossible to see how it was supposed to tell the time. It's running again now and is quite impressive. It was constructed in 1971 and is around 50 feet high.
Taken with my Canon MC and some fuji superia X-Tra 400 film.
This is an unusual clock - a "vane display" clock (here showing the temperature) - it uses a classic 7-segment display but made from individual solenoid-activated "vanes" and it makes a soft flick-flick-flick-flick noise when it changes.
It all seems so remarkably complex and yet most people probably wouldn't notice it much.
My grandparents bought my brother and me identical (Realistic brand) clock radios for Christmas 1982.
It was probably their way of telling us to get serious, be responsible, grow up and wake up our own selves every day.
Since age 10 this clock radio has been with me.
It's lived in all of the cities, all of the houses and all of the bedrooms I've ever lived in.
It went away to camp with me, and away to college with me.
It moved to Arizona with me.
It's woken me up for every job I've ever had, and continues to wake me up every morning.
About a year ago, my brother's clock radio broke. He was remodeling his bathroom, and listening to the Cubs or Blackhawks on the radio, which was propped up on a towel rack. Somehow it slipped down, and broke.
I cannot explain to you how sad this made me. And my clock radio.
It made my clock radio feel like an orphan, all alone in the world.

Because it means I have electricity. 1,538 customers lost their power with the storm we had today. We got 3 1/2” of rain, plus lightning, and wind. We had 5” yesterday. Everything is so wet and flooding is happening all over the neighborhood. I am so lucky to have air conditioning and power, and the wifi is now back. Yay. 194/365

Dear God, NOOOOOO!
Carolyn was cooking when she noticed that it looked like some of the LEDs in the clock were burned out. She was confused for a split second until she saw what was going on. There was a roach inside the clock in the stove! NOOOOOOOO! The horror!
Actually, this is kind of good news. As we drive them out of various locations in our house, usually without poison (diatomaceous earth instead--that's the white powde you see on the display), they have fewer places to go. They've swapped floors on our house (not being on the other floor for 30+ days) twice. Nighttime raids with a flashlight have resulted in 0 sightings. Taking refuge inside our stove is an act of desperation -- and then we sealed the cracks of the stove with duct tape. In the 8 months we've had our minor infestation, we were at record low levels of roach sighting -- once a week instead of EVERY TIME YOU GO INTO THE KITCHEN. And indeed, we haven't seen a live once since this one. I'm not going to say the war is won, but... It seems won, for now. MISSON ACCOMPLISHED? As of the writing of this caption, it's been 9 days since a sighting. We have NEVER gone 9 days the entire time. That's a very good sign.
