I found this General Electric X500 digital camera at the dump a couple of days ago. Not just at the dump, but in the dump! I was able to fish it out of one of the steel bins using a stick.

It operates on four AA batteries and uses a standard SD card... and it actually works!

There's a scented candle inside in case you were wondering

Passenger on the new Vientiane City 2 Bus Service. The ticket collector is seated by the front door.

The service was cheap and convenient but seemed to have few passengers. The buses are renovated models from Japan.

I grew up with photographers holding the camera to one eye, it is still different to see folks staring at the back of a camera.

La mosca formaba parte de un grupo de tres moscas metálicas en fila india adornando el escaparate, me llamó la atención y a través del cristal hice esta toma.

At the Horniman Museum gardens. My better-half took this picture and it reminds me of 'Sunflowers' by Vincent van Gogh (although these aren't sunflowers of course).

A family picnic on the sandy Fraser River beachfront of Maquabeak Park.

(Actually more than little muddy and only easily accessible at low-tide). In the river channel are sawmill logs tied up in boom rafts.
