This project was by far the most difficult yet accomplishing I have produced. This correlates with my other adornment work however with a different object used...

This is conditioner. Thats right, hair conditioner. I used this as its far safer than actual hot wax or paint/dye which can stain. I used this to create the effect of dripping and falling which I then went onto use as my final piece by producing a burst shot of each model and adding the shots together in a panoramic edit. I feel this captures different emotions and feelings with different colours and models:

Makin' me blush was based around my model looking away from the camera looking shy almost, and of course, the colour pink on his cheeks. Feeling and Blue link as they were taken on the same day with similar lighting/backdrop so I decided to call them Feeling Blue. Feeling Blue also links as my Feeling model is physically feeling herself and Blue is using the colour blue - I felt this was a create use of words.

Dark Thoughts is my last one which is a self portrait. Again, using the colour to link to the name.

One of the hardest parts of this project was cleanliness. Using studio equipment was difficult as I was constantly cleaning up the conditioner to prevent accidents and damage. I also had to keep in mind the clean up of my model after the shoot! After a few weeks of collaboration, my models and I were lucky enough to produce a series of images I was more than proud of. Here are one still from each burst shoot that I had edited and experimented with:

In the dead of winter, it's interesting what you can find abandoned on the beach. Admittedly, some of it wasn't terribly appealing, like old flip flops or pacifiers, but sometimes... sometimes you see something like this, and it kind of makes you wonder who it belonged to, and if they missed it when they got home.

Difficult to see, but if you enlarge, you can see a cormorant on top of the red (portside going upstream) crib beacon.

It's almost as difficult to know where to stand on the ideal car for Paris driving and living as it is to park on our crowded streets crawling with frowning fine-givers.

What's certain, however, is that Small is, dare i say it.. Smart. To keep things fair i should also state that Small is Mini, as these are the two zippy little city options we can see in this pic.

All we need now is for BMW to produce a Smart Mini and for Daimler to bring out a Mini Smart and we'll all be thoroughly confused. Sorry, my lawyers have just informed me that should be 'Smart MINI' and 'Mini smart' just so there's no confusion.

So whether you're into modern moves or retro chic to signal your Paris promenades, there's a solution for you. And it can be any size you like.. As long as it's small.

Not difficult to see dramatic skies in Devon. I chose this one because I like the way the sky seems to squash the land and the threat of rain on the moor on the right.

Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque (Arabic :جامع الشيخ زايد الكبير) is located in Abu Dhabi, the capital city of the United Arab Emirates.[1]

Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was initiated by the late President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), HH Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. His final resting place is located on the grounds beside the same mosque.

As the country’s grand mosque, it is the key place of worship for Friday gathering and Eid prayers. It is the largest mosque in the UAE and numbers during Eid can be more than forty thousand people.[2]

Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Center (SZGMC) offices are located in the east minarets. SZGMC manages the day to day operations, as a place of worship and Friday gathering and also a center of learning and discovery through its educational cultural activities and visitor programs.

The library, located in the north/east minaret, serves the community with classic books and publications addressing a range of Islamic subjects: sciences, civilization, calligraphy, the arts, coins and includes some rare publications dating back more than 200 years. In reflection of the diversity of the Islamic world and the United Arab Emirates, the collection comprises material in a broad range of languages including Arabic, English, French, Italian, Spanish, German and Korean.

The tall, narrow dimensions of the 4-ounce sample glass (well, really plastic), new to the festival this year, made it very difficult for volunteers to pour draft beer into the glass. In fact, a lot of foaming beer ended up on the ground, dumping a significant amount festival profits with it.

Another difficult morning for Ballincollig U16's as they go down 5 - 1 to a fully deserving Midleton . Skillful at times but lacking true grit they need to play more as a team and get the basics right if they are to get anything out of the season .

Too difficult to implement rear seatbelt mounts, so it was decided to do away with rear seats.

The boot area was increased by boxing it in using 15mm plywood, covered in 6mm foam sheet, then grey vinyl.

6 of 10 5" speakers were then mounted to the rear panel.

Usually it is difficult to capture how big things are in real life on photos. But this friendly fisherman and his boat really does a good job as a indicator of the size of the cliff.

The cliff itself is nothing special really. We just dont have that kind of landscape in Denmark, so i had to have a picture of it.

Trying to get a picture of these two... frustrating. I liked this one, though.

It was extremely difficult to get this shot. I was laying down with them when Ollie (the dog) rested his head on the kitten. I had to get up very carefully, run and grab my camera, shoot in ridiculously low light, and to top it off the dog is scared of camera so I had to be very quite and only got one shot. At least I can look at this shot and remember how ridiculously cute it was.

This a a scene outside the Pakistan embassy in New Delhi. Most likely they are Pakistani citizens in India or Indians lining up to get a visa to get to the other side of the border. To go to that country which quite a few Indians term as the Enemy.

I think this sums up my inner struggle of late. I have found it hard to completely clear my head because the one thing I know that I need to clear it of is the one thing that I am scared to death of losing....
