Mood.

I drove up a different route from Fresno towards North Fork on this trip. Behind Millerton Lake we found a really nice area with a lot of wild flowers blooming on the hillsides. This little creek still had water in it and added to the view. Later on the drive we saw some amazing poppies outside of North Fork. It was a pretty nice weekend drive.

This picture is the result of a comment in the previously posted picture by Andreas Schulze. He suggested to crop this panorama to the hillside in the background. Thats what I did literaly, What do you think, which one you'd preferr?

Same kale leaf, slightly different focus, looking at that wonderful pink vein running through the middle.

Off ( hopefully) in a bit to explore the lanes on the bike, might make it to Southerndown (40 ish miles round trip) unless we get frozen on the way there!

Different from what the Exif data say, this shot was done with the 7Artisans 35mm manual lens at F1.2.

In a democratic society based on consensus, one would expect that some kind of mechanism can be found of sharing loss and profit.

Season of hydrangea is passing slowly in Tokyo. Before it finishes enjoy it as much as possible. Different kind of it.

I've been putting up quite a few river, stream, and waterfall shots lately. So, I decided I should add this different kind of river.

This is a shot from the ever popular 12th Ave bridge in Seattle. I normally shoot from further over, but scooted over to get the oncoming I-90 traffic as well. I kinda like this new view. Well, new to me. I'm sure it's still been done a million times. :)

Encyrtid Wasp (Cryptanusia comperei)

I spotted and photographed my first Encyrtid Wasp earlier this month (see first comment). This one is a different one in the same family. It was the antennae movement that caught my attention with this one.

These brick round 45° elbow parts are so cool to play with. The different ways you can configure them and the tactile joy they give in hand is ace. 10/10 would recommend.
