There is a skin tone difference even though they are both NS. But I cannot say anything about how it would look in natural light because it's so dark (we had first snow today so it's pretty grizzly).
To me it looks just a tad more pinkish, but not in a way that I would say it's not NS anymore.

Before starting my Passage of time project, to get inspiration I looked at several different photographers and several types of photography. This is a response to time-lapse photography.
Not perfectly focussed, but it was cute how they were looking at what I was up to!
I find it hard to keep the camera still enough for perfect focus when using the telephoto lens - maybe I should take up weights :)
I think this is a pair - not sure if you can see it, but one has dark eyes and the other light. This is the difference between male and female for galahs.
My new work is on a slightly different scale than my old work. :^)
By the way, I'm TOTALLY loving my new job and am not glad that it is the end of the week. Oh well. The weekend will be over soon enough, then is will be Monday!!!

Yoon, you are the expert :o) May I have your opinion please? I believe that the girl with the pink wig has 'old floral white' skin, while the girl on the left is 'peach puff'. Seeing them in person, they definitely are different. This is a pleasant surprise for me, as I didn't pick it up from their auction photos. Thoughts?
Early on in the project I decided that I wanted to do something about prejudice, abuse, and seclusion. I decided that the best way to show that would be by showing 'abuse' through cracked m&ms. This scene depicts the red in the middle attacking the orange being held by three other reds. I really wanted to use a lot of negative space in this photo to get a feeling of largeness, and to make the scene happening feel smaller. One thing that I really wanted to avoid was contrast, I wanted the scene to be rather monochromatic, and to have only the smallest of difference in colour between the abuser and the abused, which is why orange and red were used.
