My first ever model shot. This was taken near my house in Rhode Island deep into the woods. There is a field in the middle of the woods, which allows the light from the sunset to really bring out beautiful colors.
Liz dyed her hair at this time, so I figured might as well dress her in intense colors to accent the trees. It turned out well and won me the High School Silver Key in Photography, a State-Wide competition.

Blimey what a difference a few years make. When I was living in Little Stonham with my ex (2002ish) this place was a dump. Totally stripped out all the windows smashed in and looking like it was ready to fall down. Went back today and its a sort of church again. An altar organ and glass, also a kitchen, living room, upstairs seating area with sofas, bookcases display cases, and general homely things inc grandfather clock, outside features riased vegatable beds and grape vines! Whilst I was there a couple of gentlemen were repairing and tuning the organ.
Houghton College, Alfred State College, and Alfred University were brought together under the direction of Leadership Allegany to participate in Make a Difference Day, the largest national community service day in America. The colleges organized over 400 students to impact Allegany County on Saturday, October 27, 2012.
4-H Clover College is a four-day series of hands-on workshops for youth presented by Nebraska Extension in Lancaster County. Many of the projects made during the sessions are eligible to be exhibited at the Lancaster County Super Fair in August.
