I was termed from my last position and I felt like that could be a downfall for me even though I had a lot of restaurant experience. When I went to Patrice & Associates to look for positions I found one that I was interested in. Within 2 hours I had received a call that would change my career. His name is Bill Bray. I want to thank Bill Bray at Patrice & Associates for helping me to receive my new career with Applebees. Bill felt like a mentor to me in many ways. Bill gave me the confidence to believe in myself and taught me to be my true self. Bill was there every step of the process from the first interview to the last interview. The knowledge Bill passed on to me to help me through the interview process was unimaginable. He prepped me for every scenario that could be possible with the answers that I felt comfortable with. Bill always kept contact and when I was worried that things were not going well he called me or wrote me to reassure me that I was the guy for the job. Even if I did not here back from the company Bill took time to call on my behalf to get the process moving again. After it was all said and done I had received an offer to start my new career with Applebees and am excited for this new venture. Tank you again Bill for all your hard work and dedication.

Window analysis of nucleotide divergence and phylogenic relationship of human SMCX/Y (A) and mouse UBE1X/Y (B) genes.The entire genomic sequences of genes were compared in a window analysis. The window size was 500 bp, with no overlap between adjacent windows. The ordinate represents the extent of nucleotide differences and the abscissa represents position (bp). Position 1 corresponds to the beginning of exon 1 of the X-linked gene. The asterisks indicate the areas showing a statistically significant reduction in nucleotide divergence (SMCX/Y: ?5 kb, UBE1X/Y: ?2 kb). The unrooted tree was based on the number of synonymous differences per site. A bootstrap value of more than 50% is indicated at each node. A vertical gray bar shows a monophyletic cluster of X- or Y-linked genes. Bold branches in B show a eutherian cluster of both X- and Y-linked genes. OTU names in bold are marsupials. The abbreviations for species names are the same as those in Fig. 2. What a difference 2 years makes.
One of the first things I wanted to do at AC2012 was take a picture on one of the benches (like l did in 2010), put them in a collage and compare the photos side-by-side.
You'll notice that in 2010 the barrier was shut. This was because the Artists' Alley, Con Store, Dealers' Den and Art Show were all in one area. In 2012, the Dealers' Den was right behind me while the Artists' Alley, Art Show and Con Store were behind the barrier. AnthroCon has had a growth rate of about 15% per year. The DLLCC has a maximum capacity of 25,000. It will be about a decade until we have to worry about that. The hotels, however, are of much bigger concern.
The difference is clear. Safe water brings hope, restoration of dignity, health, and new opportunities for education, and development.
