The library in the Dr Johnson House museum, complete with a facsimile of the original dictionary that he wrote.
This is me, trying to study my dictionary and take notes on various things- but my cat is peering over my shoulder and sitting on it.

I love the idea of this group. I decided to look at www.dictionary.com and see if I can find a picture for their "Word of the Day."
When I bought them Dal book store charged around 400$ per book. I'm thinking of letting each book go for 100-200$ or best offer.
All the books are in great condition, I have more photos if you would like or message me for questions.

All books are in prime condition, the biology book has some highlighting. Photos, authors and editions to follow.
One of the many, many (many) books I liberated from Pop's house was this French-Turkish dictionary. I assume it was his father's, because Grandpa Jordan taught in Constantinople around 1909.
Inspired by this picture from Anjo, I have posted my own "don't leave home without it" dictionary shot. Hers is much prettier, though.
OK, so I did something of a dorky face here. Isn't that what Flickr is for?
