My department's entry in the office carving contest. We so won. Big pumpkin has a headband with our logo on it, all other pumpkins are decorated with competitors logos (all are blurred out, sorry). Oh the carnage!

We are very lucky to live in a beautiful part of Kent and yesterday we walked through Knole Park photographing the deer with a fish eye lense for Molly's Arts Award project at school.
Lola, our beautiful Bearnese found it very difficult to resist chasing the deer until we stopped for a cream tea where she devoured scones and clotted cream..... naughty but nice (both the dog and the tea!!)

As I watched, the wasp tore apart the fly. I think I saw an eye get removed, and it fell to the ground.

Abandoned anglers camp! Collapsed tent, fishing rod, anglers scissors, music player thing, clothes, full bottle of WKD, various empty bottles line, float etc. all abandoned! No sign of a body! Old bloke (looked a bit like Gwen's capture on 87) came over when I was taking pic; "wonder what happened to him?" I said. "Serpent got him nae doot!", and he just ..... went!
