Twenty-five nations, more than 45 ships and submarines, about 200 aircraft and 25,000 personnel are participating in RIMPAC from June 27 to Aug. 2 in and around the Hawaiian Islands and Southern California. The world’s largest international maritime exercise, RIMPAC provides a unique training opportunity while fostering and sustaining cooperative relationships among participants critical to ensuring the safety of sea lanes and security of the world’s oceans. RIMPAC 2018 is the 26th exercise in the series that began in 1971.

This new logotype introduces a roundel that serves to be a light source, casting a light ahead of it - symbolising the search undertaken by students in creating their own bright future in the jobs market following their university life.
I got to watch this out my office window. To break out the concrete parking deck across the way this guy had a remote controlled jackhammer arm machine. He's standing behing the machine, the controller is on a belt.

this photo was taken on a wimb. i was sitting on the couch at my friend claire's apartment when i saw it. she just had a new roommate move in and there were various items scattered around, cluttering floorspace and corners. this found my eye and i just snapped a photo of it. i wish i had a cooler story. sorry. xo.
