Purpose and application
ATDS-3420 automatic injection device for thermal desorption is a sample processing device, can be used with all imported and domestic gas chromatograph equipped .
Applies to the following areas:
1, occupational safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental monitoring;
2, rapid identification of unknown atmosphere;
3, spice, flavor analysis;
4 accidents, toxic substances assessment (people when they can return safely to trouble spots);
5, chemical environment of perimeter security monitoring of the Treasury;
6 quality control testing, polymers, packaging industry;
7, solvent and drug purity assessment;
8, drugs and the Court sample residue analysis;
9, collected in the hospital patients ' exhaled gases, detection of volatile metabolites of drugs in the blood.
principle
TDS-3430 Multifunction thermal desorption apparatus of a sample to the processing means , with the use of supporting gas chromatograph . It first specimen thermal desorption into the injection needle tube , and then the manual sampling injector and analyzed by gas chromatography . TDS-3430 multifunction thermal desorption apparatus : the desorption activation of processing furnace , the large syringes heating thermostat furnace , dual temperature controller and manual operation of four parts .
TDS-3430 multifunction thermal desorption device has a number of characteristics :
Desorption activation treatment furnace and a large syringe heating thermostat furnace integrated design , a multi-purpose machine , greatly enhance the value for money of this device and operating costs ;
(2) the same sample can be repeated injection , to eliminate the adverse effects of injection or analysis misuse ;
3. Do TVOC Determination , the use inexpensive activated carbon adsorption tubes ;
Compared with domestic different types of thermal desorption instrument ( device) installed solutions straw easiest , and no dead volume operation ;

* Atmel STK500 development board for AVR. Only thing being used right now is RS-232 transceiver for debugging purposes.
* Atmel USB JTAG in-circuit debugger.
* Ethernet board. I designed and assembled 100% of this board: schematic capture, board layout, assembly, and firmware.
* Laser controller board. This board has been a team effort.
