Agribusiness Development Activity is aimed at the transformation from ineffective subsistence farming to commercial, profitable agribusiness through the disbursement of matching grants and the provision of technical and market information assistance. Grants are awarded through competition on the co-financing basis for the development of small value-adding enterprises, farm service centers, value chain and primary production in any region of Georgia. The project will help develop agribusiness and create new job opportunities.

Cadastral Community: Inner City. This building was built in 1885-1887 by Emil von Förster. It is a remarkable late historicist building which is also as regards urban development situated in prominent location with café Landtmann and Burgtheater. Prototype are Florentine palaces (Palazzo Medici Riccardi, Palazzo Strozzi). The whole building is embossed and provided with arched windows, towards Teinfalt street it has a shallow central projection. Inside the structured by pilasters vestibule with stucco coffered ceiling, the two-armed ceremonial staircase and the former central banking hall are remarkable.

Es ist ein bemerkenswertes späthistoristisches Gebäude, das sich auch in städtebaulich exponierter Lage mit Café Landmann und Burgtheater befindet. Vorbild sind florentinische Palais (Palazzo Medici Riccardi, Palazzo Strozzi). Das ganze Gebäude ist bossiert und mit Rundbogenfenstern ausgestaltet, zur Teinfaltstraße hin weist es einen seichten Mittelrisaliten auf. Im Inneren sind das pilastergegliederte Vestibül mit Stuckkassettendecke, die zweiarmige Prunkstiege und der ehemalige zentrale Kassensaal bemerkenswert.
