This building on Rittenhouse will be torn down and made into a high-rise of luxury condos. Only huge national developers can afford the taxes for the really good parts of town, so terrific old buildings with character, like this (on the market 2 years ago for $500,000) are unaffordable for anyone else. it sucks for the rest of us.
