Just an experiment. I'm a noob in editing pics. After I was done it reminded me to the old movies with Humprey Bogart. :P
Actually I like pictures more than words.
Actually I read comics instead of novels.
They are books anyway, aren't they?

說回來…這些書都沒仔細看完…
Above the office you find the workshop of the detective, where he handcrafts his latest suit full of secret pockets and tools. He is developing new poisons and potions in the laboratory, but look, his bonsai reacted to an experimental fluid with quite a growth, creating a nice roof garden!
Late one night, I got this photo of the new Film Noir Detective. He seems to be investigating something but I can't imagine what since no crimes ever happen in Lynn's Lego City :-)
This new minifig (from the CMF Series 25) is a perfect subject for black and white photos. I had fun taking this photo and then experimenting with the editing (Nik Silver Efex Pro) :-)

Ah 70’s DC how I love you so...
You should know all of these by now, so I’m not gonna list them...
What do you think? Enjoy! :D
These days nature is a dangerous place. Even the ducks in the local park have lost their moral values, ethics and honesty, harassing elderly couples for scraps of bread.
Weather patterns point towards an insect uprising.
Swamp Detective Agency Pvt. Ltd. Inc. was established by Detective D. Spy earlier this breeding season to provide state of the art surveillance to citizens in need.
It is important to know who to trust when the insects take over.

The sixth image of my SiPgoesTT final selection, taken for the film noir genre and inspired by classic film noir movies featuring Humphrey Bogart as a detection, such as The Big Sleep, In a Lonely Place and the Maltese Falcon.

I've been really into these trenchcoats lately, and I saw the spider man figure and rhe fedora laying around and put things together and rhis came out. Thought he looked like a detective. Even though it's really simple and purist, I really like it.
Those hats are a bit older already but really cool ! Some have asked me where they were from, so here's the info:
Pilot Wowser Hat
Hat is available in four colors but can be tinted (tints hat + bandeau if you select face)
Every man at the bottom of his heart believes that he is a born detective.

The Slums
Harry “The Fox” Holleman, the so called purveyor of Harry’s Pet Supplies. Some trust fund suit looking to make a name for himself in this hellhole. Poaching the biggest fish in the pond is a good start but you stick your neck out too far in this city and you’ll end up losing it. I take this little lead to the only part of the city with answers, the slums. Now even with fat pockets it ain’t like you can just waltz in and ask questions. Cops don’t even bother. A detective doesn’t have too much luck either. While we ain’t bound by the same laws that makes us even more dangerous. Some suit hires a private eye to ask a few questions about the new chem dealer and a couple days later said dealer has an unfortunate accident. The slums is a living breathing thing and to exist there you have to follow the rules.
Being a detective ain’t just asking questions and looking for clues. We’re also actors. Some questions are harder to ask than others and to do so you gotta blend in. There are hundreds of various chem factories buzzing down there. Each has it’s own uniform. Each worker has their own identifying tattoos. Some places even have their own language. I pick my outfit carefully. Chem stained overalls with all the current markings, even the grease they use to wet the cogs. To Binx’s chagrin I cover myself in the stink of the slums. Slipping out the back door of my apartment I make my way towards the slums melting into an ocean of workers waiting for their shifts to start. I catch sight of an orange ball of fluff weaving through the crowd. Is the little guy worried I won’t make it home for dinner. No one asks questions, my factory ID is flawless. Time to see where this lead takes me.
So, again, trying to make a post from my 5K requests: I was planning on making just a group of TV characters in general, but then I realized 3/5 were going to be British detectives, so I made two more of those and here we are.
Left to right:
Dirk Gently (Samuel Barnett)
Endeavour Morse (Shaun Evans)
Hercule Poirot (David Suchet)
John Luther (Idris Elba)
Sherlock Holmes (Benedict Cumberbatch)
You saw the Lucius Fox earlier, well here's the closest thing we'll have to Commissioner Gordon. We'll learn more about Miles soon, but what I'll tell you is that his surname and partial design comes from the protagonist of Blade Runner. The coat is just some weird paper I found at Hobby Lobby. It's also a different color than what was in the comic since I needed brown arms.
