This area is 'under construction': most of the houses will be demolished. The crisis however made it all uncertain. While people allready left their house and neighbourhood, there are no concrete plans for new.
Therefore, within a short time here will come a playground for the children.
Dit gebied is een herstructureringswijk; de meeste huizen worden gesloopt.
Door de crisis is de planning onzeker geworden en is de situatie ontstaan dat de mensen hun huizen al hebben verlaten en dat er geen concrete plannen zijn voor de nieuwbouw.
Daarom wordt hier op korte termijn een speelterrein aangelegd voor de kinderen van de scholen en de buurt.

The Desolation Wilderness is just west of lake Tahoe. It was some of the most beautiful scenery i have ever seen. The terrain is quite uneven through out most of the trail.
Hosted by Desolation Outdoors, Sam's Anchor Cafe, Lyndasue Johnson, Bradley Real Estate and the Tiburon Chamber of Commerce, this was a fun race on July 11, 2015 with courses suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced standup paddle boarders.
The races started and ended at Sam's Anchor Café in downtown Tiburon and proceeded along the Tiburon waterfront with incredible views of San Francisco, Angel Island and the Golden Gate Bridge.
