Swim #3: Aloha Lake.
This man-made lake is so peculiarly shallow that I could essentially walk out to all the rocks visible here (though there are eerie drop-offs), and so clear that I could see to the bottom. This giddy swim in melted snow-water nearly induced hypothermia. I stayed in a little too long for sure. But, once again: worth it.
8-12-06, Saturday late morning.
Walking in the streets of Roma, during a rainy day, inspired by the weather and the time, the situation and the light, look at this reflection in the water, seen the bird in its surviving behaviour.
