Simple reminder that life always presents us with unexpected delays. Without panic, my friends and I continued my birthday celebration in the middle of a Nova Scotia highway and continued to benefit from the generous hospitality of the great individuals we encountered on the road that helped us move along.

Ugh, at least I can take solace in the fact that I'm not the only one getting anxious....
They told me in mid January to expect shipment in early February..... but I'm not too patient...
Update 2/5/09:

But fans were not dampened
Megan Moroney, despite the delay because of lightning in the middle of her set, and Tyler Hubbard lit up the Bobcat stage at the York State Fair on Friday night, drawing in hordes of enthusiastic fans. The dynamic duo both put on a captivating performance that had the crowd jumping to their feet and singing along to every song. With their spirited tunes and magnetic stage presence, Moroney and Hubbard delivered an unforgettable concert experience that left everyone wanting more. The York State Fair proved to be the perfect setting for this electric show, providing a lively and energetic atmosphere that perfectly complemented the high-octane performance.

sorry for the delayed 365...
am currently residing in the home of my parentals and shall be posting backlogged photos once i am back home to my sweet sweet desktop. (it's times like these that i ponder the benefits of a mactop (aka: mac laptop))
although this shot was taken a few days ago, the sentiments are just as pure..
