Elden is definitely eating the oral fixation toddler stage. We went on a family walk around the neighborhood, and we stopped at this grassy area. Brennan was happlily running around with Den. Elden on the other hand was content in picking up every flower that he saw on the ground and wanted to eat them. I know that I should have stopped him from putting them in his mouth, but I just let him enjoy himself.

It had beautiful grounds and garden areas.
On Saturday after breakfast we went to a tea plantation and museum.
September 14-16 we took Cath on a weekend trip to Hangzhou to visit with our friend, Elaine, and to see some of the sights.
this is definitely my most favorite in the bunch. i didn't need to do anything to this photo. no cropping, no tinkering with color, brightness, or contrast, nothing. i really love this one! I was holding the camera at my side and just snapped it when he was passing my. it was such an exhilarating feeling to see how well it came out, when i was reviewing all the pictures i took.
I definitely wasn't going to cover the page with anything ant-friendly, so I opted for Elmer's Glue. I coated my hand with it and smeared just a bit. Then I sprinkled the page with dirt from the Mojo.
The list on the left are the places I've ridden in the last month and a half. I was originally going to take this book on a ride and sprinkle some dirt from the ground, but I'm glad I ended up with this mix of earth.
As for the leftover glue on my hand, I let it dry and peeled it off like skin. Felt like a 7 year old again!
Definitely among my top 3 favourite kinds of trees ever. I wish they grew here, too. :(

I went to a shinedown, saving abel, avenged sevenfold, buckcherry concert
and it was in my top five best nights ever

Definitely spent some time underwater while in the British Virgin Islands. Went scuba diving with Blue Water Divers out of Nanny Cay. We dove the wreck of the Royal Mail Steamer (R.M.S.) Rhone, which sunk in 1867 off of Salt Island.
Definitely not the head or torso that I wanted to use (he's supposed to have a mustache), but I think he's somewhat recognizable.

Had a bit of a crazy day so ended up shooting this after arriving home from a family party and putting the kids to bed - so it was taken in the dark, which was interesting! I've not taken many photos at night. Must try and do this more so I have some clue what on earth I'm doing next time!
