This is an outfit you can definitely wear to work (the skirt could be just a bit longer for more corporate offices). You'd never think this drapey color block (sans real color) skirt would be ultra flattering, but it truly flattens the stomach and slims the hips. Pair with this drapey architectural blouse by Derek Lam. The neckline is gorgeous for any figure, you really can't go wrong. Pair with black and white jewelry and this grey Lanvin bag (which they make every season) and of course my favorite Stella pumps.

definitely the best show of the night..
was very intense, as ashlea described it.
at some point i felt like i was one of the characters in Der Himmel Uber Berlin when they watch that Nick Cave concert.
But it also reminded me of the intensity we felt at the Explosions In The Sky gig in February.
The kind of music that just really mesmerises you.
Definitely one of my favorite product images taken this semester. This is an alloy and wood-resin wallet from Carved, a phone case and accessory company I have followed, supported, and worked with for a few years now. I love the color and the texture of it, and wanted to send them a really nice image.
I used one large octagonal softbox on the (camera-)left side, and a snoot to illuminate the other side and the ridge of the wallet.
To clarify that this product is a wallet, since it is so minimal, I added money on the bottom right corner. I complemented the wallet color and wood textures with a phone case (by Carved) on the left side. I also used the wood logs to bring in the nature vibes, and collected leaves from the courtyard and positioned them in an appealing way.
After the critique, I decided against turning this image into my advertisement and reshooting my ad as a composed image. I think it would fit well in both roles, but along with time constraints, it worked well enough as a composed scene image.

Kennedy is definitely my favorite person. Don't tell anyone.
My sister woke me up at 5:30 because she needed to be at work at 6. So I had Kennedy with me in bed and tried to get her back to sleep...it didn't work. Since I had to wake Layla up at 7, I just got up and dress. Kennedy finally went back to sleep at 7:30 and I joined her and slept til 9, she slept til 10.
The best friend came and we went out to walmart again to print pictures! I ended up getting 62 pictures and realized I need even more oh my god.
We got lunch and fries because we're freaking addicted. Then came to my house and hung out for a bit.
My brother in law came home from bowling this weekend and we went to my sisters work to say hello.
Now I'm waiting for my pictures to back up so i can delete some lmao
