Frankly, I don't know where we are. Not like me.

Selena: “Harley is definitely, clinically insane. But, and here’s the dangerous part, she’s incredibly sly and intuitive. Don’t try to trick her because she’ll pick up on it. You may do nothing to give it away but she’ll sense it in her gut and she never doubts her gut. She’s clever, creative and inventive. One reason I liked working with her was no matter the opponent or the security or the defenses, once you showed it to Harl, she would go about watching her cartoons or whatever and usually before the day was up would give you a sheet of paper with a plan to beat whatever they had. Usually drawn in crayons. And always involving something excessively elaborate that would result in high levels of property damage.”
Elvis: “Yeah… I’m sorry kitty. I wouldn’t have asked you to get with her on this if I’d known all that.”
Selena: “No, I know you wouldn’t have. That’s why I didn’t say anything. Because finding the book is the most important thing, and Harley may be able to help us. But… the last thing she said told me that she is suspicious of me and that is so not a position I want to be in with Harley Quinn.”
Elvis: “Don’t you worry, kitty cat. I’m gonna make sure you stay okay.”
Selena: “Well, between the crime I just caught her planning, and the bomb I just dropped on her, she’s probably pretty unstable at the moment. I’d hate to be the next person who crosses her path…”
Herc is extremely camera shy and hates the strobes. He is definitely a challenging subject to photograph.
Hercules was the first of our foster dogs we decided to keep after getting into cattle dog rescue. Herc was a stray picked up by the local pound, I got the call about him with less than one hour to go before his time was up. Local vet was there already setting up to reduce numbers.........I think Herc remembers to this day.
Then came Reuben, Jack, and finally Junior as keepers for us.
Lots of great cattle dogs coming through and being re homed and given another chance at life.
The reasons we even need a rescue organization like ours makes me incredibly angry. Bringing mans best friend into your life is a life long commitment, the dog is definitely committed to us, the least we could do is provide the same back. A very small price to pay for the loyalty, honesty, friendship, and companionship they selflessly give us.
Definitely not a normal tree found in my journal…!

Year Seventeen Of My 365 Project
Definitely worth the trip! We spent most of the day at Mount St. Helens yesterday and it really is amazing to see the effects of nature's power. Thirty years later, the changes to the landscape are still very evident. It was unfortunate we could not see the top of the mountain with the clouds but the clouds certainly provide an interesting element to the sky. You can see the crater that was left when the top of the mountain came crumbling down on May 18, 1980. The valley and surrounding area are filled with what was once the rocks from the mountain.
This is taken from the Johnston Ridge Observatory. From this point you can hike on well groomed trails to get closer to the mountain and even go to the top but I didn't have the energy for that.
Definitely Dreaming - Week 32 Vegetable
Just in case you are wondering, the vegetable is the potato chip :)))
On one of the hotest days of the year, I dragged the OH down to the beach and bought him a bag of chips, just so that I could get a pic for the challenge :))
It was even too hot for the sea gulls and we were able to eat the chips without a hungry audience. Everyone else were quickly eating ice creams before they melted.
Bears do not wear pretty hats and pink shirts when wandering in snow covered forests in June in the High Sierras. It is Flickrista Bethbhat known as the better half of mois.
I'm not even sure how to begin describing this shot, but I was probably inspired by a certain City Boy concept album titled "Dinner At The Ritz" from the late 70s!
A similar photo I know to others I've taken but I couldn't resist this little guy! Another kitten up for adoption at the Pacific Cat Clinic.
Yeah, this is definitely more of a springtime outfit....but the weather on this particular day could've easily passed for May. So why not enjoy it...before the long winter sets in? ❤️️
Sunday mornings definitely seem to allow photo opportunities not normally on offer due to lower traffic volumes, all four lanes visible are normally queuing in both directions!!
992 calls at Sherwood Shops with the first 56 of the morning to Nottingham.
"Sometimes the trail is clear; sometimes it's confusing." As Mr X wrote in this week's assignment: Track. Taken for: Mission 24.
Made it to the secretive mission of Explore #48! Thanks everybody.
I almost deleted this because of the background grass but, when I cropped it with subject to the left, I liked it. What's your opinion? Cluttered mess or work of art??
This sign is located right down the street from my house. I watched the township workers paint this and they didn't realize that the stencil was backwards until they had finished!
My wife wanted me to take her to the Bass Pro store in the Pyramid in downtown Memphis last weekend. It is a 25 mile drive one way and I'd rather have teeth pulled than drive downtown. So, my wife told me to get my camera and take photos while she shops. So, I did! The water display is huge and open with hundreds of fish and many ducks. Here, the wood ducks are posing on a piece of driftwood while a huge fish swims by in upper right corner. While not in the wild, I had fun while my wife spent our children's inheritance.
Sta. Maria Magdalena / St. Mary Magdalen
18th Century (but most probably 19th)
Ivory and polychromy mounted on wooden body
Height is 59". Ivory head is 8 1/2"
Provenance: Present whereabouts is somewhere in Iloilo
Collection of Mrs. Leticia M. Tiongco (wife of Atty. Jose B. Tiongco)
Collection of the Gotera Family of Guimbal
Brought to the Philippines by Wenceslao Gabriel, an ancestor of the Goteras.
Supposedly made in Spain and bought from a religious shop in the Avenida de las Flores in Barcelona.
Published: Tiongco, J. B. (1981). Old religious art of Panay. Manila: La Defensa Press. pp. 39-40. pl. 180 - 181.
NOTE: Images made in the Philippines during the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries have blank features and empty expressions. They may or may not wear a slight enigmatic smile. All out outpourings of emotions -- such as seen in the expression of this santa -- did not come into vogue until the 19th century.
Definitely my favorite figure from everyone’s second favorite Sean, also big shoutout to him for blessing me with this modded P2 helmet and macros.
I'm feeling very optimistic about my coming adventures. I'm excited and anxious, and I think I'm ready. I hope so anyway.
Definitely a first for Buckenham, on the Wherry Lines between Norwich and Great Yarmouth - Rail Operations Group 37800 storms through hauling 321434, which had just been purchased by Eastern Rail Services, working 5Q99 0950 Worksop Up Receptions to Yarmouth C.H.S. The ensemble was routed via the ECML and GEML. The ex-Greater Anglia EMU would join the ever-increasing collection of stock stored in the former Great Yarmouth carriage sidings.
Definitely a car which is in the process of disappearing from our roads. A few years back I wouldn't have bothered capturing every one of these I saw, but that's definitely changed now.
Rather pleasing to see this one with a full length sunroof, which going by the Cartell description was a feature which gave this edition its name. Looking rather battered, but solid and only on 32k, although a bit worrying to note its been out of MOT since October - but was taxed for 12 months at that time, so perhaps an oversight by the owner.
