After just having arrived in London, the first stop I went to was Westminster Abbey. This is a shot of the busy morning life right across the street.
While I was in Covent Garden, a huge market in London, I came across a vender selling photos of his brother, photographer Jurek Nems. His shots are inspiration for this capture.

The Contact 2008 exhibition at the MOCCA this year provided to be extremely moving. Each set of photographs showed an intimate side of people that the public rarely gets to see. I thoroughly enjoyed going to see this.

Back in College, I worked in Yellowstone for two summers. It was an awesome time and I really enjoyed myself. I only saw one bear each of the summers I spent living in Yellowstone. Scott and I saw three bears the first day we arrived in Yellowstone on our trip. He's like my lucky bear charm!
Day 148 of 365 (Year Three)
I finally made it back to a Thursday night class at the studio. After the holidays (Easter and Passover) things got a bit busy and my Thursday nights ended up getting sacrificed. I was going to go to class last week, but we were in court a lot longer than we expected.
I was looking forward to doing some sparring, but tonight turned out to be a cardio class. Normally this wouldn't be so bad, but I was a bit out of practice for Mr. Mike's cardio workouts and I spent a few hours earlier in the day working at the Karate studio sanding down all the patching I had done yesterday. Two hours sanding was enough of a workout for my arms. Walking into a cardio class where I had to work those same muscles again was brutal. Mr. Mike also likes to turn the A/C off during class. Talk about brutal.
The one thing that those of us who take the Thursday class have learned is to bring water. We pretty much bring water to every class, but at Mr. Mike's Thursday class it is a necessity. Today, being as brutal and hot as it was, I ran out of water before the end of class. I think from now on I'm going to have to bring two.

Went with some friends to their family summer house for the night - it was nice sleeping in a proper bed for the first time in over a month. This damn futon is killing my back. Anyway, we went to a hot spring to bathe and since I decided to leave my camera behind at the summerhouse I took this quick snap off of the patio. Wish I had taken the camera with me though, but you learn from your mistakes eh.

This was taken right before we went mini golfing and I WON. Ha!
He is wonderful, amazing, hilarious, sweet, sexy, kind, thoughtful, happy, ticklish, loving, caring.... the list goes on but I will run out of room. I think you guys get the point.
I was sad to see him leave. That's how I know it's love. When he doesn't even pull out of my driveway and something inside starts aching.
But all and all it was a fun weekend, and hey, it will only be 5 days until I see him again :)
I realized that lately all the pictures on my stream have been of me and it's driving me CRAZY! So tomorrow I'm going to try to go out and shoot more stuff.
It's 10:28 p.m. I'm listening to Delilah and writing on flickr. ..........................

I took a lot of shots today for possible 365 Days. A lot of them turned out and will be posted to the Rejects group, but considering what today was I decided to go with this one.
As much as today is about BBQ's and beer and family fun, it is also (and more importantly) about Remembering. This shot was a bit more solemn and respectful considering the day.
I hope everyone had a fun and safe Memorial Day and I hope you took at least a moment to remember and to say Thank You.
This is how I spent much of my night. Doing baby push ups with Adrian, Kimberly's Baby boy. I found it enjoyable.

Today I had the challenge of shooting Phillip Crangi, a world renowned jewelry designer for the style blogger. Phillip is a really nice guy to work with, very approachable and I had a great time working with him today.

148.365 - May 28, 2013 - This was my view for15 hours today. Working on a highlight video of the past year for our church youth group. It needs to be done by tomorrow night so that I have time to render it and duplicate it in time for the banquet Thursday night! Another long day of this view tomorrow!
If you notice the intellicast weather app on my iPad, we had a lot of storms move through our area tonight so I kept an eye on the radar as I worked.
In honor of the video editing I've been doing I chose a 16:9 crop for today's photo.
People are finally moving into the new building across from me. They really ought to get curtains.

is what Harry says when he goes into the tiny little tent at the Quidditch World Cup and it is really a 5 room oasis inside (HP4).
Went to the Harry Potter party at the public library. My best friends were throwing it to celebrate the movie and book release.
We were sorted into houses (T and I were both put into Slytherin!) made wands and hats, played games and looked at the potions ingredients (mermaid burps, troll hair and rat teeth!). We had a blast. Yes, even T. Not just me.
I personally think I grew up too fast. Not exactly "matured" just grew up.
There's times when i wish i could just go back in time to the point where all you had to worry about was having the prettiest barbie, not the hot boyfriend.
when all you had to do is have your hair in two pigtails, not the prettiest hairdo.
when you could depend on your mum to buy you the clothes, not having to buy them yourself to make sure it's better than your friends.
all i'm hoping is for the wish to come true.

Today has been a 'meh' day, as i like to call it. Because of that, i didn't really have the brain power to come up with anything interesting. So...today will be good for random things.
I *may* change my pic of the day if i do happen to take anything interesting. Is that allowed? Is that classed as cheating?
