Get in there! One third of the way into my 366 project and I am so happy that I have managed to successfully reach this milestone. Phew!

This is my entry to the weekly 366 challenge, the theme of which was chosen by Andy (inFocus) this week and was B&W. Over to you Andy, Jules, Gaz and Kevin.

Conditions were a bit funky last night - there was so much moisture in the air. We made the most of it though and froze our tails off for 4 hours.

Cheers for your help Kelv / Ollyreg.

Already thinking about the next shoot...

Well, after a week of frantic holiday snapping I have arrived home to find that my lovely new lap-top has finally arrived. I cannot believe that I have spent the last 3 years using nothing but my teeny-tiny IBM ThinkPad for all my photography stuff. The poor wee thing is about to explode!!

Looking forward to catching up with everyone's photos tomorrow. Hope all your 366's have been going really well.

Well, I learned a couple of things today: the new Bond film is extremely good, and it is bloomin' cold outside! I had only 45 minites left of daylight to play with after the cinema, and this is the best I could muster in between the rain. Crazy weather here in the Channel Islands once again!

Right after this shot, I headed across the road for a nice hot bag of chips. They were much needed.

Can someone call recycling to tell them that the bins are full?

Emergency 366 in case I do not manage a snap tonight as I am out for dinner...

This is about as creative as I can get in the office. I had to improvise using my camera phone at work using that Instagram thingy.

Back into the garage to spin some lights. As with all of my physiongrams, they are a homage to me ole mate Jules who got me started on these last winter. So glad he did! Check out his stream if you get the chance - his physiograms are simply out of this world.

Take a look at some cools stuff from some of my contacts. Check them out, and let them know how good they are. I haven't put one of these together in a while. I had a lot of fantastic faves to choose from.

I nearly fainted when I looked out of the window earlier and saw that it was not raining! Seemed like a good opportunity to visit my favourite Guernsey coastline with my camera. I may not make iot out later tonight to light paint so managed to get a few shots in the bag for my 366 just in case.

Sadly the sky was really flat and so even with my Lee filters I struggled to add any sense of atmosphere but I was able to put the Big Stopper and a 0.6ND grad to good effect to capture the roaring tide. As usual, soaked up to my knees!

I'm not intentionally following Mr Pikebubbles (http://www.flickr.com/photos/davidgilliver/4516023122/) - this is very close to home and I was wanting to get some practice in. Honest, guv'nor. In any case, his is stacks better if you take a moment to look.

This was my second attempt at this - the first time I hit my headlamp on the 2nd orb.

The white lines in the background is a ship heading into St Peter Port.

Today was the Guernsey Art Fair, where they shut down the town sea-front and there are loads of bands playing and events on, and also stalls where you can sell your art work. Me 'n' Mel managed to get a table for this year's Fair and so we spent around 6 hours meeting loads of really lovely people and talking about our art work. It was a great afternoon, and something I will definitely be doing again.

It was a sad day for the little people today. I decided at 12pm I would hold a 1 second silence.

The weird thing is, when I came back into my flat after the mini-shoot, one of the little funeral attendees was missing! I still have no idea where they have gone - a bid for freedom perhaps?!

Well, it is a late one tonight as I just got back home after a wonderful evening spent with the lovely people at the Prism Photographic Club here in Guernsey.

I was kindly invited along to give a presentation / talk on light painting and the hour that I spoke for absolutely flew by! I could not believe it...

Thanks again to Carol and all the members of the club for having me along tonight.

I was flattered to recently be asked for a 1:1 photography tutorial session. Tonight's tutorial was spent focusing on sunset photography, and tomorrow will be tackling Light Painting. Bring it on...

It was quite a stressful photo-shoot this one. The Groom would NOT shut up about his boss, and the group shots all looked the same!

These are the flowers of the moment over here. They are everywhere! I must make it to the Bluebell Woods at some point to capture them in their masses.
