St Huberts Church, Idsworth. This is a lovely scenic church on the Hampshire/W.Sussex border which dates from 1053. You pass it on the train up to London from Portsmouth and I've always wanted to go an see it properly, so today I did. Had good weather and light for it today and took many shots. Unfortunately when I arrived the Church wardens were assessing some damage to the roof, it looks like someone had been trying to steal the copper :( very sad.
I've added a B&W Infra-red effect to the photo to add a bit of drama, it was a ice sky behind but a bit pale. I think I'll be making a few more trips up here over the coming months, it would be a perfect spot for some night time photography.

The three corner houses facing the southwestern corner of Sarphatipark all feature bays and are vertically accentuated. For the other two go to Ceintuurbaan 354 and Sarphatipark 40.

For the next three months most of the people in Siwa will be harvesting the dates. The people of Siwa Oasis have been growing dates for 3,000 years. There are many varieties of Siwa dates. Three of the most important varieties are Siwi, Azzawi, and Frehi. But there are three more varieties which are produced in small quantities and are at risk of extinction: Ghazaal, Takdat, and Amnzou.

في المنزل وفي كل صيف نرى الرطب منذ بدايته حتى تحوله من اللون الأخضر إلى الأصفر أو الأحمر، طوال الصيف هناك أنواع من الرطب ولكل نوع له اسم، في رمضان نأكل من هذا الرطب ونوزع على من نعرف وعلى بعض الجيران.
