It’s not every day a toddler dresses up with a bowtie and suspenders, unless it’s for a special occasion. That occasion being a chief petty officer pinning ceremony for his father, Micah Lee, 34, from Dallas. Sebastian and his mother (at right), Valentina Lee, 32, from Caracas, Venezuela, pinned on Micah’s chief anchors, symbolizing his ascension to E-7, or Chief. The ceremony, held aboard the U.S. Navy guided missile destroyer USS Jason Dunham, was one of hundreds taking place across the globe.
