Makuhari Messe is one of the biggest convention centers in Japan. Located in the west of Tokyo near Tokyo Disney Land, events like the Tokyo Game Show and Auto Salon are held here.
Up until the escalator accident that happened in Summer 2008, the Wonder Festival took place at Tokyo Big Sight. Neither Tokyo Big Sight, Kaiyodo or the escalator company wanted to take responsibility for the accident - which is why the Wonfes now always takes place at the Makuhari Messe.Folks heading to Makuhari for any events (Chara Hobby up soon) should get off at Kaihin Makuhari station - map here.

At the time I switched, the iPhone didn't have any decent navigation features. The Android has a great nav app and with the large screen it gives standard built in car navigation systems a run for their monies.

Most of the frame however is made up of existing parts on the market meaning that we can reduce our development costs by buying in bulk as OEM parts. The skeleton you see here is made out of Polyoxymethylene (POM) - its properties are high strength, hardness and rigidity and strong enough to maintain various poses. The final version will be the same color as the skin.

Mamoru Hosoda - the man who brought us The Girl Who Leapt Through Time and Summer Wars is brining us another movie called "Ookami Kodomo no Ame to Yuki" [おおかみこどもの雨と雪].
Not much revealed about the story apart from that a young girl called Hana brings up two werewolf children called Yumi and Ame.
I love Hosoda-san's previous titles and look forward to next July to see his new flick.
