I love the Emotions of Architecture.

A lot of flats, ones with older residents, place chairs on the landings so the elderly can have a rest from climbing to the fourth floor.

These three glass figures are Crystal Blobs by Copenhagen-based Studio Arhoj. They are named from left to right: Shookith, Arcoiris, and Fairy.

On the left is the coming concert hall by Jean Nouvel for Danish Broadcasting Corporation (DR). On the right is one of the functioning segments of the new supercomplex.

Inspired by Rietveld's Beugel Stoel, this was one of Panton's early designs. Intended as a low budget chair that was portable and easy to install, the Bachelor was Panton’s first commercial success.

Architects: Otto Frankild (b.1918) with Svend Aage Hansen and Jørgen High, 1958-1961. Four-star hotel complex including a film theatre. Classic Danish interior design includes a Børge Mogensen floor. Copenhagen, Denmark.

A design by Poul Volther for FDB Møbler released in 1958 (this is marked and dated 1959). The two drawer unit can be located on either side thanks to an ingenious groove and lock mechanism. bit.ly/YoMNOD
