thank you Marieta Perroni for your collaboration in this video.
( A dance full of fast movements, very lively, fits in fast rhythms such as pop, electronics, funk, etc... )
I don't do much PS, but I caught the dancer at such a perfect moment I had to give my crude editing skills a chance. The background is the same Solano Stroll urban crowd as in the other shots on this set.
The longer I live the more I believe
You do have to give if you want to receive
There's a time to listen, a time to talk
And you might have to crawl even after you walk...
Had sure things blow up in my face
Seen the longshot, win the race
Been knocked down by the slamming door
Picked myself up and came back for more
Life's a dance you learn as you go
Sometimes you lead, sometimes you follow
Don't worry about what you don't know
Life's a dance you learn as you go

I'll be travelling all through October with little or no access to the internet. Thank you all for your continued attention to my photos, for the lovely comments, faves and invitations - I do love them all!
Taken at a Cultural Centre on the island of Bali, the children really captured the hearts of the people that saw them perform.
The Balinese people are very warm and welcoming.
Morning exercise in bushy park, watching the swans preen and stretch as the sun comes up. A superb moment of peace and escape.
Amsterdam is cool!
Although it smells a lot like hashish here and is therefore often too loud, Amsterdam is still so impressive with its amazing and unique architecture. It is also the Amsterdammers themselves who characterize and define the flair here. It is a city that has much more to offer than just hashish, bicycles and canals.
Ƥ⟆: Did you know that there are far more bicycles than inhabitants in Amsterdam!

This morning I reprocessed this image at much higher resolution for an upcoming magazine publication. The original edit had been made on a tiny laptop monitor the night we shot that picture. It's a bit easier on my iMac at 27 inches... ;) As usual, if you have any question about the technique, join the conversation in my learning group fb.com/groups/ericpare
