Thanks for taking the time to view and comment on my photographs – it is greatly appreciated

They broke ground the first day of winter, endured the ice storm, and now they're blooming!

Yellow daffodil in my spring garden.

the 'interaction' here is the colour combination, both the Daffodils and ribbons are yellow and green.

I offer you this fresh posy of Spring. Blowing their trumpets? LOL

I wish you all a very good day and thank you for all your kind words, time, comments and likes. Very much appreciated. Magda, (*_*)

Auguri a tutte le mamme!!

A rare perfumed daffodil from 1940. Lovely fragrance.

I'm in full communication with the flowers again, they talk... I listen, with my eyes.

It is said that: Art is Expression of the imagination............

Tete-a-tete is one of the most popular dwarf daffodils.

Standing at only 15cm (6in) high. Available in the shops from now on to brighten up a room and enthral us with a slight fragrance of Spring.

Like Phoenixes, they stand, erect.

Every year, the same bulbs, after their Winter-sleep, burst open and produce those lovely fresh flowers again and again, like a Phoenix...

The Phoenix has long been presented as a symbol of rebirth, immortality, and renewal.

The Belgian Euro 10 silver coin, commemorating sixty years of peace, depicts the Phoenix as a representation of a new Europe, post 1945.

The capital of Arizona was so named as it was built on the ruins of the Hohokam civilization that had existed on the site centuries before.

Thanx for all your kind words, time, comments, faves and likes. Very much appreciated, Magda (*_*)

The 2017 daffodil season is in full swing, these beauties are part of the thousands of individuals to be seen each March in Normanby Park near to where I live in Scunthorpe, UK

White daffodils with yellow cup at New York Botanical Garden (NYBG).

I wandered lonely as a cloud

That floats on high o'er vales and hills,

When all at once I saw a crowd,

A host, of golden daffodils;

Beside the lake, beneath the trees,

Fluttering and dancing in the breeze.

-William Wordsworth

Found this beautifully weathered galvanized pot at an antique store while visiting with my niece. A doubly good day!!
