TJ is home and resting. No answers though. Vet thinks the fever was from a tooth issue (really bad teeth) and that the diarrhea was coincidental. The tests came back normal so he only will be concerned if he keeps vomitting. He thinks the blood in the stool may have been from K-9 Colitis. So we sit...and wait to see what happens over the next 24 to 48 hours. :(

Ten things about Teddy
1. Can't hear anymore (16 years old).
2. Doesn't care about toys.
3. Is down to three teeth.
4. Has a smile that could warm the devil's heart.
5. Thinks kissing is playing.
6. Won "Doggy of the Millenium" as voted on by me in 2000.
7. Misses having a yard to patrol.
8. Will do ALMOST anything for Pup-peroni.
9. Will do ANYTHING for real pepperoni off the pizza.
10. Is my best friend and changed my life forever when he sat contently in my hands all night on a mid-September evening in 1994. I knew I had found my soul mate.
Every once in a while, TJ just stops and licks my legs for 5 minutes.

So far, I've seen no fighting, lots and lots of trips into the yard, no "marking" indoors, and TJ loves laying down on the cool hardwood floors! I think I did good! I have posted the video of moving day on their YouTube Page.

When the vet heard his coughing and that his heart murmur had become louder he took him back for x-rays to see if he had "heart failure lungs"...I sunk in my chair waiting. The X-rays looked great! His lungs looked "terrific" and his heart was "fine"!!! Its just his always collapsing trachea, so he prescribed a dialator and a cough suppressant.

Teddy (16 years) is having his first ever bout with allergies. Poor Mr. Bear is super sneezy and heading to the vet Saturday. Any suggestions for late night sneezing? FYI - I haven't changed sheets, detergent, fabric softener, etc. It hits about midnight and he keeps me up all night sneezing. All suggestions accepted.
